I'm glad it states that any negative actions affect the whole instution. I am very conscious of my actions and I understand that I am part of a bigger organization so I will do my best to do the best job I can!

I talk about positive mental attitude which is so important in today's workplace. Negativity can quickly drain the team and other staff members to create an environment that is not one that others would want to participate in.

A good attitude should be present at all times, at work, at home in every actions of ours. I don't entertain negativity and I stay away from it. Just like the law of attraction stay positive and good things will come to you and others.

I am part of a very small organization. I am proud of the reputation of the facility and as an agent; it is my responsibility to keep and perpetuate the the positive image. I believe this should be the goal of all representatives in their personal lives as well as professional lives. If a person does not live up to professional values, there should be negative actions taken against them.
