Notebook
I think it is very important for all staff to have a copy of the school's catalog. Normally any question you or a student will have, will be answered in the catalog. I recommended you have a printed up to date version on hand.

Excellent advice! The catalog is your resource for policies and procedures for the student experience. The catalogue along with the enrollment agreement constitutes a contract with the student.

I agree every staff should read their school catalog I don't think you need to print it as long as you have an electronic copy that you can read every time. tHe catalog is like your school bible and you should know the information that is there and having a notebook with all the definitions is a great idea.

That is an excellent practice! Having the catalog gives guidance to every staff member and I would agree, that everyone should have one right at hand.
