Up to date selling techniques

Does anyone have any websites or books with some awesome new up to date selling techniques?

And that is very good advice. Yes we are numbers driven because we are a business, but we do have people as our focus.

I agree with you wholeheartly Tasha. We are selling education, not a bad product, I'd say. If we listen to the prospective or current student's needs, and we can fulfill it, then we have done them a great service. Treat others with courtesy and great customer service as you would want to be treated.

Although this is numbers driven, we must always keep in mind that we are changing lives and making a difference. Therefore, potential and current students should be the top priority. My best selling technique is to treat everyone with respect, listen very carefully, and provide good customer service.

I try to apply the methods of Dale Carnegie. Check out the book: How to Win Friends and Influence People. Although this isn't a book on selling it can definitely be applied in a positive way.
