Organizing paperwork

I would like to hear more about how others have managed to become paperless please

Dale,
Paperless has many advantages!

well iam learing from the respone i want to be more paperless

Shaun,
It is a changing of culture and often a slow process.

we do a combination of both paperless and paper but mostly papers

Dahlia,
Some schools do a combination. I ask that others post their processes for the forum.

One of the ways it was done online was DRS. I initially worked with an online division and all of their paperwork was online. Is there a way to at least eliminate some of the paperwork at a ground campus? Why can't DRS work on a ground campus as it does online? Any suggestions?

Timothy,
I hope that others will post their processes to give you more insight. Often, schools start out scanning the files as this is probably the most economical way to start. There are software programs out there but since most schools are unique in their requirements, it must be tailored to fit which can be very expensive.
