Paperwork
Sometimes with the different agencies the paperwork needs to include all of their regulations also. We have a checklist which I think works well.

We use a document check list as well,the student also signs off that he/she has received the information next to the item on the checklist.

Our Center utilizes checklists within each section of a student's file ("Admissions" is one section) that delineate the comprehensive documentation required by CIE and all other participating agencies.

Checklists, when properly created and used, are an excellent tool for completion and compliance.
A checklist is always an accurate way of making sure everything is done.

Excellent point! The accrediting bodies and other regulatory bodies may require other specifics in the admissions process. A checklist is a good practice to make sure everything is complete and compliant.
