I agree with that. I think it's important for a student to know that Financial Aid comes in multiple forms and that the FA rep they're about to speak to will explain everything to them in detail but that they should understand that those forms include aid that they may not have to pay back for those that qualify, as well as forms that they WILL have to pay back over time so that the FA rep doesnt get a student who slams on the brakes as soon as loans are mentioned. I don't know about everyone else, but I'm amazed every day by the number of students who think they are going to "pay" for the entire education with grants!

I agree. Leave the FA to the experts. I think you can gloss over the the basics but should focus on what you know best.
