How your school is working with the ATB's upcomming changes?

ATB testing is part of our admissions policy and procedure, of course it only applies when the prospect does not have a HS Diploma or equivalent also when is part of other agencies procedures in order to approve funds. But know one of the main concerns are that if ATB testing are not re-approve do we have a plan B, or if testing in Spanish is cancel what other options we will have?

Dale,
Many schools are moving away from ATB students. Most employers required a high school or GED for employment. The schools are following the same requirement.

Megan,
Many schools are no longer offering ATB as employers require a high school diploma or GED for employment.

This does not affect my school bc the prospective student has to have a HS Diploma or GED. This is one of our requirements for admissions.

ATB is not normany what we do at our school . Because we need them to have a GED are High School Diploma

I dont no what else we would do

Tamara,
ATB is not often an avenue of choice and many schools are dispensing with the admissions of ATB students. Most employers want a high school or GED to hire. Additionally, most employers want employees that speak English although being bilingual is an asset.
