The admission aspect of this program enlightened HHCI staff on the importance of developing a checklist to lessen their anxiety and the students anxiety. They said the checklist assisted them in ensuring all pertinent information and requirements are addressed.
Absolutely! It's a great way to make sure that everything that is needed and or discussed is covered...especially when it comes to students interested in many different programs.

It is important to revisit the rules and policies when changing employment. Although the rules are the same throughout Florida, the internal policies and processes will differ.

As an Admissions Rep, there is a lot to go over and every student has a different need. I think a check list makes sense so you're covered and the prospective student is rightfully informed.
I have recently changed employment to another college and have to relearn there rules, policies and product knowlegde and a check list is a great way to make sure you have touched every important basis of an admission interview with a potential student. As well as allows you to come back towards the end of an interview and maybe go over anything that an admissions representative might feel they need to retouch on.
