Paper Work!!
Paper work is the boring part of the job but very necessary! Our school has folders already put together with all the necessary documents in it. When a student is ready to enroll we can easily review each document and stay organized
It is very important to keep everything in a students file updated,correct and organized so that it is easy to find something when it is essential to locate. We have started to scan all documents prior to entering them into a students file to ensure that nothing will ever go missing/
Good ideas Tiffany. There is nothing more important that proper paperwork. It is worthy of hiring someone fulltime just to make sure all documents are filled-out properly.

Excellent advice! They must fully understand what they are undertaking.
The paperwork is so, so important. Even more important is that the Admissions Representative properly review the documents and educate the students on what they are signing. Too many times I have heard the student say that "they didnt know something-nobody told them", when clearly I have their signature on the paperwork outlining that rule and/or policy.
Please do not let prospective students "just sign". Make sure they understand and have an opportunity to ask questions.

It's building of a contract and commitment. The paperwork is a necessary part of the process.
I agee the paperwork is where the job gets tedious but it is a very important step. Not to mention its also were the student can resort back too if they have any questions on tuition, or any questions on total cost or cost breakdown. Also has the breakdown of policies.
