Enrollment Agreement
The enrollment agreement is a binding contract between the student and the school.
Wes,
The enrollment agreement in conjunction with the catalog constitutes the contract between the student and the school.
This is considered the most important portion of our admissions process.
Byron,
Attendance is key to success.
One should believe that the enrollment agreement is an agreement of the tuition, fees, and rules for the student to be aware of while attending an institution. It should not be a binding agreement holding them to attending in my opinion!
Patricia,
Yes, discounts must be applied to all. The discount cannot be selectively given.
In the enrollment agreement, if the school is offering a discount to a few students, is it mandatory to offer the same discount to all students in that particular session?
Quiana,
Most would agree.
Yes it does! This gives a clear and consice understanding of what is to be expected of both the prospective student and the institution. Without it a structural breakdown of the enrollment process would ensue. Does anyone else feel this way?
Ana,
Reading the entire contract is very important. Most people do not give it the time that it should have devoted to it.
Yes, I agree. They students should read the entire contract.
Nereida,
The signed enrollment agreement and the catalog constitute the contract between the student and the school.
Tanika,
It is very important to not only read the contract but answer questions. Often they are directed where to sign and that is it. Everything needs to be fully explained for full understanding.
It's so important for the students to read the entire contract. I think sometimes they want to rush through it but I always have them take the time to read it and ask questions.
