Visual aids helps us remember the details better. Adding the program slicks to your notebook is a great addition.
Not only that, but having visual literature in front of them while you explained the different classes in their program, helps them to decide if that is the program and institution that better feeds their academic needs.
The catalog must include all pertninent information in order for the prospective student to be able to make an informed decision regarding their choices for education.

I agree! The catalog may be the first interaction the prospective student has with the school. It’s possible they’ll have several catalogs from several schools as they research their choices. Having as much information as possible clearly stated lets that person begin making an educated comparison. They can then decide which school(s) to look into further, and which may not be a good fit for their long-term goals.
