James ,
Financing a student's tuition can come in many forms. Yes, you may have a payment plan. Many schools even require a student to make a payment.

Can a new licensed institution that is approve for title IV have a payment plan as well for student who are not qualified for Financial Aid?

I understand that a new licensed unaccredited institution is not eligible for Title IV; however, are there any other sources of financial aid for students?

Kelley,
Students need to understand the financial aspects of going to school and their responsibilities.

I know that financial aid can also differ within an institution based on programs. We recently started a new program so we are currently unable to offer government funding for students in this program, so I know it is very important that students understand that when enrolling.

Lucy,
You first must become accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S.D.O.E. and then may apply for federal financial aid.

Martha,
Students understanding fully their financial obligations to the school is being responsible and professional.

Our plan for the new institution will be to make a payment plan between the student and the school. According to each individual.
