Lauren ,

The enrollment agreement is the binding contract with the student for your institution. It is a vital part of the student experience.

At our institution our enrollment agreement is one of the most vital pieces of information gathered from the students. It is also the first of the required materials gathered from the students that remains in their file. This agreement states all of the requirements for matriculation. This is not only a vital piece of infomration for admissions, but also for the incoming student.

Rita,
Yes, the enrollment agreement and the catalog constitute the contract and protects both the school and the student.

Dayna,
It is very much a contract and not to be taken lightly. This is very reason that the contract and the catalog must be current, complete and verified.

Patty Aronoff

Ashley,
You are right! Those are the two most important documents and must be followed exactly.

An enrollment agreement is a binding contract that is the most important document that is signed between the student and the institution, that will protect both parties.

The enrollment agreement is very important to the student and to the school on a legal matter. Once the school has this contract signed there is no way that a student can say they were not informed about payments and fees. If a student decided that they don't want to pay the school and the school ex-spell the student. The student can decide that they want to sue the school for what ever reason, even go as far as to state that their signature has been forged by the school. You have that contract that they have signed on your side to verify their agreements and even to verify their signatures.

This is one of the most important documents. It is a contract between the student and the Institution. By signing, they are agreeing to our terms and conditions. This must be signed, and tracked properly. Student File audits are a must to ensure documents like these are signed by all parties, and in place properly.

Sandra,
Extremely important. The enrollment agreement and the catalog constitute the contract with the student. It must be properly completed and signed by all parties.
