I agree. It's very helpful to keep all information in one central location. Having a team notebook could be a good idea too... that way, you have a group of people with a common goal gathering the documents... sometimes people may think of including a document you hadn't previously realized could be interesting or useful.

Keeping hard copies gives you the opportunity to write in your own notes and review previously learned material just by flipping through the pages.
