ADMISSION STAFF TRAINING

IT'S GENERALLY EFECTIVE TO SPREAD LEARNING OUT OVER A FEW DAYS TO ABSORB THE INFORMATION

Jack,

Never stop learning! Every opportunity of learning should be taken and the knowledge gained be shared and built upon.

Patty Aronoff

I feel that maybe a weekly, 30 minute meeting, with several maybe hour long meetings every month might cover some of the training that is requiered. Also, admissions reps should be seeking CEUs, like this one, to keep up to date with all rules and regulation.

Wilber ,

Pop quizzes? What a great idea! A good way to test their knowledge on the spot!

Patty Aronoff

Ongoing training its always important, it keeps employees up to date and ensures that we are following proper protocols at all times. My Director of Admissions likes to pop quiz us to see if we practicing and going over the material that we discuss during trainings.

tania,
There is so much information that is received at admissions. It takes time to digest it and figure out how it applies to an individual and their personal situation.
