Enrollment agreements on line

Has anyone had experience using downloadable PDF form enrollments. Were they successful?

Yes, make sure to have updated your Adobe Acrobat first. Errors might occur if you don't.

Levy,

The use of electronic forms is increasing. Some schools use .pdf forms. Others may use fill-in forms on the web.

Thomas,

Absolutely. Many schools scan all documents and provide accessibility to whomever needs it.

I have found that using downloadable PDF's allow distant students more flexibility in submitting various documents. PDF's also are a great way to ensure the quality of the copies students are receiving.

Mark,

Electronic formatting can be of great assistance when completing paperwork. Some are formatted to catch incorrect or missing information.

This is an interesting idea that I have not thought about. With the ever increasing use of pdf and its compatability this seems like a practical and effidient means of providing access to the paperwork. An Q&A message board might also help with commonly asked questions.

I used the online enrollment agreement at my formal school. It was very beneficial as all docs were automated. This really cut down on possible errors with manual enrollments at subsequent schools I worked at.

Claude,
Yes! Many schools do in order to ensure that everyone is using the most current, approved for,
