Best way it has worked for us is creating a binder. Tabs have been helpful and easy-to-access to each and every topic. We also have a tab for "other helpful info" to include besides rules and regulations, important tips to improve our effectiveness.

I have created a binder with all pertinent information. I have included the print out of the COMMISSION FOR INDEPENDENT EDUCATION along with our catalog and enrollment agreement. In the process of tabbing everything for easy access. I have also included a copy of our checklist of questions that I know are required during an interview. I am including any additional information that I think I might need to refer to during an interview.
I have done the same thing. I have created binders for the CIE, FLDOE, and NACCAS and I have all our requirements to exceed their expectations! So far so good!
As suggested, I am developing a resource notebook that contains our catalog, advertising materials, staffing chart, industry news related to jobs, and some student testimonials.
I also include information for Veterans as it pertains to our approval and their benefit programs.
In the next few weeks, I would like to go back through the modules from the course and download some of the information and resources that you provided. Is that possible to do after competing the course?
I have an awesome new binder that has tabs in for all of the different subjects we are learning about. As I was setting this binder up I also noticed that I will need sub-catigories to help me identify essential information.
Hello Patty,
I am using a three hole binder with tabbed inserts to delineate each important topic for easy reference. That way I can easily replace the paper when the topic is updated.
I am creating a physical notbook with all information I recieve and updates to previous information given. I also plan to creat a file folder if neccessary so that I have physical and electronic copies of important information so it is easy to locate and access.
