Is important that all you admissions paperwork and material is ready for the prospective student before you start your because you will be more organize and on point wit everything that the prospective students will need.

Courtney,

It is a common best practice to do so. Just make sure all documents are the most the most current.

I agree 100%. I think that it should be a standard procedure to have all of your documents printed and ready for your potential student.

it shows you are ready and prepared for this student to come in and this will stop any delay in the admissions process.

Great way to keep you on track!

I love the idea of being organized. My Regional Manager made a wonderful suggestio to complete the students name, address and basic information already provided so that every moment in the home is used to record information we don't already have.

Vivian,

Organization gives a sense of honesty and compliance. The person that doesn't have their game on gives you very different feel.

An organized representative of the facility will enhance the appearance and professional demeanor set to the prospective student. Organized paperwork shows you are prepared and ready to take the lead.

Janet,

Having everything ready to go is a best practice in compliance. It ensures that nothing is missed.
