this is very important. When the forms are updated all the staff have must used the updated one so that everyone is the facility can be on the same page.

It is a legal contract, therefore verbiage is key. You are correct in that one word can change the entire meaning. Also, one missing signature or date can have far reaching impact on the contract.

Very true. The basic structure of an agreement may appear to be the same if one is reading in a cursory fasion, however this shold never be the case. Even the slightest change of verbiage can alter either the meaning or the student's perception of the material and it is there for of vital importance that the representative have extreme expertise of the agreement before attemting to impliment it.

Many student receive mis-leading information from other students, or school representatives and can cause the student to make a poor decisions. The best decision is one made with full disclosure of all the facts, with clear understanding of terms and conditions.
