Getting a student checklist
What would be some best practices in regards to creating the student checklist and making sure you stay compliant as well?

Checklists are a great way to make sure we are on the right track! It also provides an audit of the file.

I totally Agree carefully reviewing and checking off each document from students enrollment checklist ensures better completion of paperwork.

It should be consistent. The Commission has requirements in rule, but primarily it should be developed from your current process. Verify that you are meeting all the requirements of rule.

Is this something "formal" to be obtained from either the school/director/commission or, rather, created by each rep.(I'm asking in regards to consistency between each rep.)
