Proper channels regarding each section of agreement
At our Institution I am the one that interviews the potential student so that I can make sure they are qualified to a certain degree. I also have our Admissions Secretary make copies and go over the enrollment agreement with them.

The catalog and the enrollment agreement constitute the contract between the student and the school. Rule requires that all students receive a copy of both. When the student signs the enrollment agreement, they acknowledge that they have read and received a copy of the catalog.

The enroolment agreement is the foundation of the business therefore it is vital to make sure all info is accurate and the catalog is like the students road map to how things operate in the school environment. Both should be provided, I agree.

It is very important that the student also receive a copy of the catalog. The enrollment agreement and the catalog constitute the contract.
