Should we inform in the catalog that some programs maybe have indirect costs? For example, if it is an on line program but there is a specific presencial week. The price includes cost but sometimes the student must paid hosting or travel

In the case of voluntary administrative expenses that the student may request, as a translation of an academic paper or notarization in which the institution only as intermediary between the student and another company, you also need?

It ia required by rule that all costs be fully disclosed in both the enrollment agreement and the catalog. Also, how the refunds are calculated with regards to these costs.
