At our institution we have what we call file status, this is where each counselor meets with our Assistant Director to see where each student is at in the application process prior to the new term starting, the students starting for the upcoming term are looked at one by one with both the counselor and Assistant Director to verify if the file is complete and meets all requirements and standards or if there are still items missing.

At the end of our enrollment process, a director reviews the enrollment agreement and an additional document that ensures compliance and that the student understands all requirements of the school.
