I create a file with all paperwork and check list for all required documents, also update information of the commission rules or new policies.
With regards to the Students' Admission Files proactivity is a behavior that also pays off. In my experience the Admission Representative should be on top of the admission checklist and contact the student and his/her parents actively throughout the process in order to complete the requirements on time.

Exactly! We should never assume that the processes are the same t every school. All have to abide by rule in the final outcome.

I have noticed that some things are different from others and so paying attention to the school that you are at is very important, because what you needed at your last employer may be done by you and not another department.
