Enrollment Agreement

What are some pointers to make sure they are hearing all the information that you are giving them.

Marshal,
That is a best practice of admissions. By providing moments of reflection and check, we give the student to ask for clarification.

Patty Aronoff

You should go through the enrollment agreement section by section using temp checks and asking questions to make sure they are understanding the information being relayed. The importance of the information should be stressed to the student

Lesa,
The enrollment agreement along with the catalog constitutes a binding agreement once all parties have signed. In the enrollment agreement there is a statement that says the student has read and received a copy of the catalog.

Shannon,

Time should be well spent when going through the enrollment agreement. This is a contract between the student and the school and there should be plenty of opportunity to discuss its contents and obtain the appropriate signatures.

Patty Aronoff

Remember, the Enrollment Agreement is a binding agreement so be sure to check for understanding and make sure they understand the terms they are signing.

When discussing the agreement don't speed through the process just to get it out of the way. it may be a tedious part of the process but it is one of the most important.

Christie,
Have them relay it back to you. Pose another question relative to what you have discussed and see if they can give you the right answer back.
