The catalog must Include a description of the facilities. For example if you are on multiple floors, must use the elevator, stairs, also the size of the rooms and the facility must show the students that there is adequate space.

At the institution I'm employed at our catalog is accessed through the company website. The website is shown to prospective students and where they can find the link but should it printed out for them as well? Or are bases covered by shpwing them where they can access it?
I believe it is a good tool that provides clear information about schools regulations and policies.
Its not only a good source and requirement for the interview, Its a great source for an agent when visiting with High School Staff. When speaking to a guidance counselor or administrator it allows for you to highlight the benefits of your school such as code of conduct, attendance requirements, testing, ect.
An updated Catalog is very important on many levels. One of the most important is that is has been updated with the current schedule for all upcoming semesters and classes. Prospective students will have questions we need to answer regarding when certain classes are offered. This is particularly important at my institution as the students in our program will already be in the workforce and will need to be able to know to schedule time off from work when necessary to take classes.
Speaking of CIE approval, a question on the online Admissions course said that physical site floorplan was a required part of the catalog. I know it must be available to students, but does it have to be included in Catalog?

Catalogs are the guiding documents for this experience. Make sure that all of your catalogs are current and the version has been approved by the Commission for use.

The school Catalogue is extremely important since it is the document of authority for all students. The program requirements listed in the Catalogue supersede any information which may be contained in any bulletin or viewbook of any school or department. The school reserves the right to change its policies, rules, regulations, requirements for graduation, course offerings and any other contents of this catalogue at any time and that is why it is crucial to alwaus have an up to date version.
It is very important to have a nice well presented school catalog. It's also one of the best ways to lay out all the requirements , the goals and objective of the institution. It helps the student to see where he/she will start and it will be ended. i t gives a clear path to them.
