Importance of documents and deadlines after enrollments
It is imperative to have as much of the documentation needed to completely enroll a student...if you know the student is coming to enroll you let them know ahead of advance what they need to bring in and the things that take time you give the student a strict deadline to ahead by

It reminds the students of how important the documentation really is. Many schools do not allow the students to start classes unless all the paperwork is complete.

I agree with setting a stern deadline. It gives the students a definite time to have needed materials together and submitted. by doing this you eliminate having to scramble to retrieve necessary missing documents.
I agree. It certainly keeps the student from coming back multiple times for the enrollment process and reduces the chance that they may get frustrated with the process and not return at all.

Checklists are a great way to make sure we are on the proper road for compliance. They guide us and make sure that we have all the information required.

I agree that having the required information makes for a smooth process. With that being said, using a check list to make sure that your student knows what they need to bring may help to keep things on track.

Having the information that you need, does make the process so much easier and efficient. Not having all the information, such as a proof of graduation, can take time and may lose your enrollment.
