Enrollment Agreement
Who is supose to complete the enrollment agreement. Student or Rep? I know they have to sing the document after complete explenation of the document. But who is to feel it out?
Andrea,
Your enrollment agreement should always match what is in the catalog. If the two do not agree then it is not compliant.

Andrea,
You need to use the enrollment agreement that has been approved by the commission. You should never admit a student without an enrollment agreement. I would use the old enrollment agreement and submit a new one to CIE as soon as possible

I should state that we moved so what they are wanting to change is like the parking restrictions nothing that affects the money side of the aggreement.
Our school is wanting to change the enrollment agreement since the back side is a bit dated. However in addmissions the new students files are piling up without the EA form being done. I almost think we should do them with the old form to get caught up. What do you think?
juan,
It is a partnership in completing the enrollment agreement making sure it is correct and well understood before signing.

Jose,
Traditionally, the representative completes the enrollment agreement no goes over its contents.

It is up to the Rep to fill the EA first, making sure all fees and Tuition are printed. Then The student has the fill out the name address and contact info and signature and initials.
