Admissions Audit
At our school we have a form that goes in each new student file that itemizes all of the necessary forms required to complete an enrollment. As we add each form we can check off the required paperwork on our admissions audit sheet so we can see at a glance whether their applications are complete, and the status of the financial aid or financial plan.

Excellent process! We should have audits completed on a regular basis to endure we are following the compliance procedures.

We have a similar process. In addition, the DOA and myself (ADOA) verify each file for completness prior to submission of enrollment.

Excellent process! Checklists provide us a roadmap for all the forms required, what has been completed, and what needs to be done in order to finish the enrollment.
