States rule. The states educational laws are in tandem with federal regulations and federal governments covers financial aid.

Do federal regulations have jurisdiction over state regulations in regards to educational compliance?

FAPSC is a wonderful organization. They speak on the behalf of our sector during legislative sessions but also work with schools throughout the year.

Unfortunately many schools are not yet aware of FAPSC and the resources it represent for them. I think FAPSC should do more seminars in South Florida like in the West Palm to Dade areas.

Everyone has to follow the rules. They Re there to protect us and guide us in fair consumer practices. It is a win-win in that it protects us as a school as well.
