Multiple reach outs shows you are more than a one time call. Each call contact we make creates is relationship in the school. It will often take multiple reach out to provide the comfort zone which students will reply.

A proper plan/script and guidelines helps new and seasoned admissions rep do their job more efficiently, it can get tough at times!
Admissions must also have a plan to market and also re-market leads, more often than not a good attitude and multiple reach outs help to convince the potential student that it is a good fit and that we care!
