Any advice?
Any tips on making the enrollment process easier for the potential prospect?
Eduardo,
When you have such an environment it transcends into the culture of your campus. Perspective students will pick up on that great feeling and feel at home at once.

Team work and a positive environment. The enrollment process has many factors to it steeming from the front end (receptionist) to the back end (career services department). The cohesiveness of the team is critical.
Ely,
Having a team that is well-versed in the school process is your best asset. You're showing to the prospective student the community spirit that is involved and how we all care about their education.

I feel that it is a good idea to have people ready to answer questions. Maybe have a dedicated team that is there for just enrollment questions. It is an intimidating process and can potentially detour a prospective student if they are timid.
Hi Ian,
unfortunately going over a lot of paperwork will never go away, but as Patty stated a comfortable environment will put the guard down on a prospective student. They will be more receptive to all the documents that need their attention and their attitude will also change. Offering a cup of coffee or tea and a couple of cookies will go a long way and make the process a lot more pleasant.
Ian,
Setting a great comfort level is that the best way to start. When prospective students are comfortable they will ask the right questions and be able to process the information that you are giving.
