How big is your binder?

There certainly is a lot of information to maintain. I'm trying to gain an understanding about what size binder I will need for my school. We are a small start-up. I would love to learn from other attendees how big are their binders?

Kirsti,

Agreed! Never throw anything away at least right away. Always keep it for a little bit.bif you don't use it after a while it's sending them away.

You can have a standard 2" binder and another file folder for any over flow that may be able to be removed after completion of a particular portion of the assignment. Remember never to throw anything away, you may need it for the end of the assignment or for future needs in the real world.

Patrick,

I promise you your 6 inch binder will last you a long time. It does give you the flexibility to add additional resources and will stand the test of time.

I have a 6" binder. It's really big and wide, but that gives it room to grow. As you gain more information you will never run out of room. Also, a big binder allows for less stress on the paper and it will last longer. The binder's heft reminds me of the powerful information that it organizes, and our responsibility in Admissions to serve our students.

Robert,

Absolutely! Using electronic version provides you with many advantages the paper does not have.

Hello Patty,
Is it ok to save information in the favorites section online, in order to be green and save paper?

Tanya,

It will vary from school to school because the information they need vary. Mine is a 3 inch binder.
