Stay Informed
If there are any changes made by the institution or regulatory bodies that the admissions representative was not informed about, it IS the representative's responsibility or fault if he or she acts inappropriately. We, as part of a bigger organization, should stay informed when changes are being made!
Yenniz,
It is our responsibility to keep abreast of all changes. There is no excuse for not knowing these days.

It is part of your job to stay informed on changes.
Katie,
Absolutely! Today there is no excuse for not knowing. With the advent of all the resources it is our duty to remain current and stay informed.

Gretchen,
Check out the CIE website regularly for updates on the rules and regulations. Also Florida administrative weekly is a website that hosts all changes to the rules as it progresses through committee.

I am curious about that question from the assessment. What would anyone recommend as the best way to keep yourself informed about changes that occur within your institution that you were not informed of. If there is no central posting, no emails sent, etc, what would be the best way? To continuously ask your Director or Campus Director if changes have occurred that we should be aware of? I'd be grateful for an answer that would truly help and would not ideally not involve having to daily go to a Director "just to check". Any other ideas?
