I think it is very important to establish a itemized checklist for each prospective student, showing all the requirements and concerns, and then transfer this profile to student management system after admission.

Keeping a detailed checklist would certainly help student with any questions or concers they have through out the process. It would also help with any issues or concerns as an enrollment specilist may have through out this process.
I agree with keeping a prospective student profile. This allows the enrollment representative to address every part of the enrollment process with the student and also assist the student in getting the most out of their enrollment process. Our role is to guide the student and keep them organized as well as informed of deadlines and requirements.
