Regulations from all sources can change at any time. It is a very good practice that you have instilled by starting every week by asking the question of what has changed.

Rules do not change often as per say weekly, but I always ask on Mondays and on every meeting if there has been any changes that we all need to know in the admissions department. I like to keep myself inform on any change or even on any information at all that can help me inform the student even more.

All departments within our institution should be knowledgeable in the rules and regulations that keep us compliant.

I believe it is not only the Admissions Department that should be current. It should be all Departments and reviewed periodically in staff meeting.
