Is it difficult for your Institution to enroll students without financial aid available? Our Institution have all the necessary resources as for Title IV and still it is extremely difficult to make the students understand the importance of an education for their professional growth? How do you manage, only with personal loans?
Our Institution offer tuition assistance to who qualify. It has some restrictions and who receive the assistance need to be work for various month after graduate.

Being eligible for title IV funding is a process. In the meantime students can go private loans or cash pay for their education
