About My Institution
Our chair person for our individual programs of study are great to work with. If questions arise from students that I personally don't have answers to, they are always willing to assist. They truly go above and beyond to assist the admissions representatives. They are a wealth of knowledge about the program and always can provide key tidbits of information that can make the difference when talking to a potential student.

I agree. There's always some question that a prospect has that we are not too clear or sometimes we might not even know the answer,int his case we refer them to the porfesors or depending to the department in which there question goes to, the doors are always open!

Having accessibility to all staff shows the prospective student that we all work together for them.
I agree 100%. Our school has an open door policy with all areas. If the students has a specific question for the Chairs or even the Dean, we make sure they are regularly available to address the student and answer any questions they may have.
you are right if iam doing a tour i always see if one the chair are avialble to talk to
