Understanding the institution

To be able to openly discuss and impart information regarding the school and all of it's workings is a key part of showing professionalism and conveying to the prospective student that we are fully transparent and willing to address all aspects of the potential learning experience. It is best to show the public that the tradition and long standing success of this institution is a product of consisteently doing things in the proper manner and adhering to the rules and regulations laid out before us.

Courtney,
Honesty...integrity...knowledge...compliance!

Being transparent and an open book when speaking with a potential student is definitely the best bet. If the information that admissions gives is not correct when they first walk through the door, it will end up biting them in the butt. Typically, students do not forget what they have been told and feel like they have been deceived.

I agree with you! Being honest, and being professional is the most important part when it comes to explaining your institution.

Douglas,
Honesty and integrity win!
