Advertising

There are many way to learn about the diffent program in your school. Newspapaers, ads, brochures are some of the ways.

I agree...Social networking sites help a great deal nowadays, and it's become a MUST to further the school's exposure!

Dominique,
You are exactly right. This is the Consumer Protection that the Commission provides.

Advertising is a powerful tool to have potential students. These ads must be correct, never over exaggerated to the point you mislead the potential students.

Nereida,
Check our Career Services! They have much information to share.

Lee,
Outstanding! Social media is a great tool!

Lori,
Social media is part of many of our lives. Facebook and twitter are often used as a way of reaching out to students. But be aware of the implications of a post!

Mauricio,
It is important that the advertising not mislead. Each school handles their marketing different. But, in the end everyone must be compliant.

Rebecca,
Regulations ensure that there is no misleading the student.

I agree. New regulations in place have changed advertising for education.

I used to work for a school that would not allow me to advertise at all, then another school that required approval before anything was used.

We also use some social media applications. I'm always interested in learning anything new that may be happening. Any thoughts?

I run our social media (Facebook, Twitter and blogging for the website.) Online presence is very valuable in today's business world.
