Financial Aid

Financial aid depatment is one of the firts questions a student will ask you about; be clear when explaining what financial aid offers at the school!

Jennifer,
This is when we as admissions staff hand over the student to financial aid.

Greg,
Thus the need for the disclaimer,"for those who qualify."

You are SO right!

Everyone wants to know the obvious question "How can I pay for this?". I realize that there are several FA options. In our school, at the campus level, we do not have the necessary training to fully understand the FA details. Therefore, we have a specific department dedicated to FA and additional resources that are available to the prospective student.

The big question is "Will I qualify?" Again, this is a private matter between the prospective student and the FA personnel. I can state that FA is available for those who qualify. But, I certainly do not want to insinuate that every will qualify. It's best to know your limitations and not make assumptions on FA. To do otherwise is a major issue, and could lead to a ton of violations.

Financial aid is one of the first questions most students ask about. The Financial Aid Dept. will go into depth about what they may qualify for as far as grants, loans, etc. and help them compile their neccessary information.

Dayris,
How can you pay for school should be a discussion in the financial aid office. There are so many options available.
