Helping students

I agree with everything covered in knowing your institution. If admissions is not aware of what of their institution, how can they then help students to see if their school is a right fit

Stacie,
Absolutely! Full program descriptions with course details gives the prospective student a real look at what they will be doing.

I feel it is very important for the student to understand the layout of the programs they are inquiring about so they can make the best choice for them.

Marlana,
If we do
Not have a clear product knowledge, we run the risk of misleading the student which is against Florida law. We owe it to those enrolling to provide them the accurate and complete information about the program in which they are enrolling.

It is very important to know what we offer at our school so that we can relay a clear picture for our students to make sure it is the right fit for them.

Amilcar,

Providing valuable resources to the student helps them direct their own research and make decisions based on their individual situations.

joanna,

Finding the right fit for both.

yeah it is important to know your school and the program available to student and also know what the student interrest are to better help them move forward with their education. but also its important to kno what resources we have to offer to our student incase they need assistant with any particular subject or any situation that might accure

yeah i have to know my institution and what we offered... but also need to know the goal of the student better assit them so i could place them at the right program for the future..

This is true. I wonder if a school with more than 20 programs for example are required to have more than one admission personnel.
