Product knowledge of the programs that your school has to offer is vital knowledge. To inform your prospective student so they have all of the key information to help them with the decision making process. Also it is key that you know the programs so that you are not providing the student with false information.
I agree. Potential students will see right through you if you have no clue or don't care. This will make your life, as an Admissions Rep, harder.

We suggest that admissions reps regularly attend product knowledge training in the classrooms with faculty or program chairs. You are guaranteed to learn something new.
