Knowing your program is key! Believeing in your program is imperative. Schedules, classes, student obligations, privileges-- just a few things that make my specific program so unique and I stand behind that!

Yes, this is something I am currently working on improving. My school offers 7 schools of studty, each with 2-3 programs (Associate's, as well as Master's degrees). I've created a little "cheat sheet" that I keep posted in my cubicle to help me remember all the programs we offer. However, it is my goal to have this product knowledge DOWN within 3-4 weeks or so.
