Faculty Awareness
I have made it a point through the years to get to know and understand the roles our faculty members play in our students succcess. They are not just instructors. They are coaches, mentors and leaders in the industry.
Amanda,
Having a blended a modality presents a unique opportunity for networking. Thank you for sharing your process.

Our students really enjoy when our faculty spend time with them in extracurricular activities. We have a satellite campus in Miami where our students and faculty stay in the same hotel for the class weekends which are once a month. It really enhances the networking and bonding experience on both sides.
Angelika ,
We should all be on the same sheet of music. Staff want to be involved and they need to feel. Part of the school as a whole.

I can see how important it is to get information from the faculty staff and to exchange valuable information.
Brigette,
A good rapport between admissions and education is so important. I always encourage reps to sit in classrooms and enjoy the experience.

Russ,
Faculty can make or break a school. They are the constant contact a student has and is the face of the school. A fine asset.

I agree.... Out instructors not only teach the program but also coach the students in getting prepared for job interviews and finally in getting a job....
Sitting in the class room and doing personal observation helps to appreciate the value that our instructors bring to our institution. They play a vital role in training our students and preparing them for success.
Here we depend heavily on instructor input. I continue to seek guidance from they daily.
Russ,
Instructors are the lifeblood of our schools. They change lives every day, are your best marketing advantage and should be your best friend for admissions.

Great point! Admissions is very much so a team effort!
