PDL's
In the past I worked with schools who were in highly favor of Personally Developed Leads due to the higher conversions. My question is, with the strict guidelines in recruitment. Could we still obtains PDL's from non-student referrals? lets say through small chats at a gas station or grocery store?

PDL are free and easy to get, its all just a matter of asking a simple question. "Do you know anyone that would like to continue their education?"

There is no restriction. I get asked questions by wearing my school tee shirt in the grocery store, gas station, etc.

regs say you can not reward a person for a refferal, so be careful..
