Understanding my institution
My institution follows these rules and regulations. As a new hire on day 1, I was given manuals that explained the importance of being compliant and understanding the institution.
Angel ,
Our clients believe in us to provide them accurate and thorough information. Great advice!

I completely agree. Like any other job out there knowledge is power. But since we are dealing with the dreams and hopes of other people, knowledge becomes a responsibility and a true necessity. If we are able to clearly explain catalogs, rules, and everything that encompasses our Institution it will ultimately result in what we are looking for as representatives: happy students and a great start report. So I guess my bottom line is: STUDY, STUDY and then STUDY some MORE.
Shannon,
It is an expectation of the prospective students that will enroll. Thy count on us for accurate and thorough information.

I feel that it's very important to know and understand the institution your employed with. Being knowledgable when answer questions is key.
Same with my school. As an admissions associate, it is imperative that we fully understand the rules and regulations regarding this industry.
I think that this information NEEDS to be the first real training anyone receives. Other than the fact that violating any of the rules and regulations listed are against the law, it also damages the integrity of your institution and could very well have a negative impact on the wellbeing of the student.
This training stands as the foundation of any recruitment training used by post secondary schools.
Christian ,
Excellent! Keep up the good work and make each day a new learning experience.
