How do we set up a meeting so that the Alumni Association can meet up with prospective students and soon to be grads for advice and any other topics??

People always learn better by having food on the table. Gathering together and having lunch together provides a more relaxed nature in learning opportunities.

We do what we call "Brown Bag" luncheons. Not for prospective students but for our students currently enrolled. You may want to think about doing that so the Alumni Association can come in and talk to soon to be grads. We cover topics such as writing resumes, APA writing style, interview process, etc....
