Compliance with Graduate Surveys
What is the most effective way to acheive maximum compliance with a Graduate Survey? Currently we email the survey out to students and our return rate varies.

That is a hard one to sell, When we have students leave they often stop the relationship with the school. Keeping that relationship alive takes hard work on both sides.

Because these are required in our Outcome Survey Binder, we have them fill it out at their exit interview. I don't think we would receive them back if we mailed them out.

Many schools use the survey as an exit process. They review with the student their experience prior to completing their final graduation exit paperwork.
