Know your institution

It is important to know the strenghts and areas of opportunity for your institution. I have worked at four different proprietary schools, and the one I am at currently has a smaller population yet more resources available to students. These additional resources and the dedication to student success are part of the reason I am dedicated to growing the campus and brand awareness.

I agree and believe you truely must know your institution. There are people who will be great students at my school but other who would be better off at another school. You need to find the right and ready student for your school.

I agree, we indeed have numerous resources available (admissions, resource center, instructors, tutoring, and education department, etc.). At the point of contact, our perspective students are informed of the benefits our students have at arms length. We grow as a team here and our doors are always open.

Nicholas,
Knowing our strengths and weaknesses, we can begin to grow as a team and as a department. The school is dependent upon admissions working with the school at large.
